About Us
Founded by Captain Raymond Schwab in 2015, Horizon Sun Charters was created to solve one problem: how to move guests efficiently across Palawan’s remote destinations.
What began as a passion for aviation became the foundation of a seaplane operation connecting resorts, islands, and coastal regions that are otherwise difficult to access.
